Sycamore Removal Poulton-le-fyled

Today we removed a Sycamore for a customer. The tree had a TPO on it so we had to submit an application for permission to remove.
As the tree was very close to the property and had an included union at the base the tree officer decided it was acceptable for the tree to be removed.

This was the first job after the Christmas break so it was a good way to blow out the cobwebs and try and shift some of the extra pounds everyone had put on over Christmas.

As the tree was very close to the house we had to be careful we didn't hit the windows with any of the branches. This was made harder as on the day as it was blowing a gale.

Once all the brash was down all that was left was to get the stems down and tidy up. The customer was keeping all the timber so we lets it in a nice pile for them.

Once all the brash was chipped and the timber was rung up and stacked we just had to blow all the sawdust away and the job was complete.


Not a very large tree but it was made all the harder by the wind and rain. Even so the job was completed on time with no breakages. 


All in all a good day.
